Overview
With the help of your native host, you will prepare a meal using local ingredients. You will be provided step by step instruction on making each dish and you will learn about the origin and history of the dish. You will have an opportunity to take pictures and ask questions as you go through the class.

Meeting and Pickup
Please make your way to the New Brunswick, NJ Train Station. A driver will pick you up and bring you to our location. If you are coming from NYC, you can take the NJ Transit from Penn Station.

You will embark on a captivating culinary journey with a personal chef, discovering American regional cuisine. From Southern comfort food to New England's coastal seafood harmony to Midwestern heartland flavors to West Coast’s orchestra of dishes, and much much more. Discover America through its’ culinary essence one dish at a time.
